I’m a little slow getting this together, but I have been so excited to share this session! I consider myself to be so fortunate to have worked with the Briggs Family a few times, and I have more and more fun every.single.time! Mom and Dad are so funny, these kids are just so stinkin’ cute, and FULL of energy which I LOVE. And really, what a gift to be able to watch “my” families grow up! This year, Beckett was all about mommy and it was so sweet. Hadley, was her spunky, energetic self! I often call Hadley my little inspiration, and I think she knows it too! HA! We got to play on the blanket, blow bubbles, and (if you’re Beckett) carry around some rather large sticks. The bigger, the better!
It’s funny… families with younger kids often worry about their kids’ behavior during their photo session. And I can sometimes see it in the parents’ faces… s-t-r-e-s-s. I always tell them that I don’t expect their kids to sit, pose and say cheese and they shouldn’t either. I want them to be themselves! After all, that’s (presumably) why they’re investing in family photos to begin with. To capture how their family is, at the stage they’re in. Because as parents we are all too keenly aware of how fleeting these years are.
Are you ready to have your family photographed and create keepsakes of your current stage in time? Let’s chat, I’d love to help.
